I am trading as a sole trade under my business name and I am using exceptional qualified tradespeople from the industry to help me with specialised services (ie stone setting, casting) due to the growing nature of my business . 

I am is committed to providing exceptional customer services and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that products, descriptions and pricing are correct however we can not guarantee that it is always correct or available. Items that are made to order due to varying ring sizes will take time to complete and for me to find suitable stones .Pricing for made to order items will be different to the listed prices but I will always communicate with the customer about this. Custom orders are welcome. If you see something you like, but it's not quite right, please contact me for details.

I want you to be happy with my jewellery. If for any reason you are not please contact me within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

 

When purchasing a gift certificate, you will be able to select the amount in the shopify gift card section . 

 

Gift Certificates can be redeemed in the Shopping Cart page. The certificate amount will automatically be deducted from your order. If your order total is less than the certificate total, you will be able to use the remainder of the gift certificate amount by using the same code again

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

I accept PayPal for all payments. Please note that PayPal gives you the option to pay securely by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account.

Direct deposit into our account are also possible, please use contact page to place your order and arrange payment.

Standard delivery times are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order due to other circumstances, we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange an alternative item, custom order, backorder or a full refund. Custom order delivery times will vary and are usually 8 weeks but I will always advice you .

Your jewellery will come beautifully packaged in quality jewellery box with care instructions and full item description if required.

All domestic packages will be posted for a flat rate by Express Australia Post, usually 1-2 day delivery but these times is not guaranteed by Australia Post, depending on postcode and the current COVID restrictions .If you require  additional insurance (recommended for items over $100) please contact me.

All international packages ship Australia Post /EMS service. Insurance is NOT automatically included,to purchase additional insurance,(recommended on items over $100) please contact me.

Once Items are shipped we will provide delivery advice with tracking number and the item then becomes the responsibility of the buyer. 

International delivery times vary considerably. If you need your international jewellery order delivered quickly, please contact me for DHL options.

Any taxes or customs fees in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local post office for more details on what you can expect. It is up to the customer to know the customs laws of their country and to alert me if there are issues I should be aware of.

Please note--I cannot ship your package as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. This is not legal!

I want you to be happy with my jewellery. If for any reason you are not please contact me within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. However for small edition run items small variations are possible as pieces are unique and handmade. The colour of the stones may vary than in the picture as each monitor displays slightly differently.

Sale items are not exchangeable or returnable.

Commissions-including rings made to order in your size are not exchangeable or returnable. Earrings and Sale items are non exchangeable and returnable.

Items that are sized at your request will incur additional charges and are not exchangeable or returnable. Some rings cannot be resized due their design, I will happily make a ring especially for you given another similar gem is available. Check commissions for timeframes.

Please be certain of your ring size before ordering by having your finger sized at your local jewellery store or by purchasing a ring sizer through my shop.

This privacy policy does not govern our use of any information you provide to us when you call us, write to us, or communicate with us in any manner other than through the Site. Additional information collected during “Andrea Isaac Jewellery & Design” registration is used to generate statistics, enabling us to establish the sex, age, country of residence and user type of our primary demographic.
