From the very beginning Andrea made the whole process just so easy, so enjoyable and so exciting! She listened to my requests via email and offered her own suggestions in order to create a beautiful piece of wearable art work. I felt I was a part of the whole creation which was special. The necklace arrived by express post in a magnificent box and the piece it is such a joy to wear. I just LOVE it!
